Make Ahead Recipe: Teriyaki Chicken

I love make ahead cooking! It's nice to know that when I have to work or run kids to multiple sports, there's something ready to go in the freezer and all I need to do is pop it in the oven.

I found a recipe for Teriyaki Chicken on Make Ahead Meals for Busy Moms that sounds awesome:

Ingredients:
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp water
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
8-10 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Directions:
In a gallon freezer bag, mix all ingredients except chicken and mix well. Add the chicken and seal bag. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before cooking or you can freeze it for up to 3 months. Be sure to label your bag with what is in it and the date.

When you're ready to cook: Be sure to thaw ahead of time. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the chicken and all liquid in a 13x9 inch pan. Leave uncovered. Cook for 30 minutes. Turn the chicken over and cook for 30 more minutes.
