Menu planning is a surefire way to save money each week at the grocery store! Once upon a time, I was one of those people that would wander up and down the grocery aisles (hungry!) and buy things at random....only to find out that I didn't have enough items to make a dinner. There are 3 ways that I menu plan:
- Plan your dinners based on what items you already have.
- Then, if you still need more dinners, plan them based on what's on sale.
- Last resort, plan what your family wants. At least you're planning and not buying random items.
